I had put on roughly thirty pounds since COVID and have, in the last six months or so, been working on getting back to my normal weight. Iām feeling better about my physique, but of course there are parts of my body that Iām not thrilled with. But so it goes. Having recently turned 40, Iām happy I did so weighing just a bit more than I did in my early thirties.
