I’ve had a stressful run of months. It’s killed my appetite. Add to that an active part-time job and I’ve managed to lose a ton of weight without even trying. Two years ago (when I weighed 255 lbs.) I would have been thrilled about this. Now I kind of miss the comfort of having a fluffy, muscular physique.
