My monthly update. For those who don’t know I’m a mother of 3 who developed hyperthyroidism after my 3rd child and lost a lot of weight. I’ve been working on gaining it back and this month was kind of a stall and I didn’t gain any weight. But so far in 3 months I’ve gained 5 total pounds.
