Nudism is a culture of acceptance. No body is wrong. No body needs to be perfect. That doesn’t mean you won’t be feeling at risk for judgement. How can you not? Imagine getting out of your car at the beach, undressing, and leaving your clothes behind as you head off. Are all eyes on you? You feel like it. How about a nudist pool…going in the shack clothed and emerging without a stitch on. It isn’t abnormal to be a bit fearful of judging. But it’s just not the case. Nudism is where you forget about all of that in the first few minutes. Before you know it you’ll be playing cards, volleyball, pickleball, or just lounging in the sun - in freedom. Freedom from clothing and judgment…more free than you’d believe is possible.
