I need motivation to loose weight. I mean, I have a motivation, that is, I feel so much uncomfortable with my body. I even avoid to go to the beach during summer. The problem is that I am not able to stop eating too much or start a diet. Additionally, I stil live with my parents, and they do not help me at all... Unfortunately, presently, I can't go to live alone.
