As a nudist it’s certainly true that there’s always a fear of being judged. Imagine being on a beach in the Canary Islands with a beautiful Spanish young woman in every direction it seems. The first feeling of not being perfect never really goes away…but the sooner you realize that nudism is for you and only you do you give up that fear and allow yourself to soak up the sun. I only wish we’d discovered the joys of nudism 20 years before we did.
