thank you! honestly, i started to find it so sad to see my mom and her friends STILL talking negatively about their bodies after decades and i refused to be like that.
obviously i still have bad days/negative thoughts about myself however, i learned that my thoughts aren’t always true and I’m able to come out of it pretty quick.
