Losing weight is more difficult now than it used to be. No longer can I just stop eating carbs for a few weeks and drop 20 pounds. I wish I was around 200. I wish I had more muscle definition. Going to the gym 4 times per week and watching what I eat is now what I do just to maintain. BTW, this is the first time I've ever posted a picture like this. Be gentle
