M 28 160 lbs 5'9. Working at a hospital is taking its toll

I've been working as a medical intern now at a hospital and it's been extremely demanding both physically and mentally. I haven't eaten very well and since I've taken this pic, I've noticed that I look just a little bit thinner. I want to get back to doing exercise and making meal plans, but I don't know if I have the mental strength to do so. Wish me luck guys. I don't finish my internship until the end of the year. Anyways, thank you all for you support in advance.
