I have crohns, and have slowly been losing weight in the past 18 months. I weighed 260lbs in January of last year. Now I'm down to 182lbs without any attempt at weight loss. Yet my gut and fat pad are about as big as ever. I also have scars around my waist from when I used to get severe cysts down there and I feel ugly every time I see them. I just hope to have a positive experience in this subreddit with so many kind people
