After a couple of challenging weeks, I’ve made it over the life speed bump and now I’m on the other side. I cannot stress how much I feel like crap when I don’t work out a few times a week. Movement is life. I’d love to work out every day. Even just 3x a week I feel SO much better. Took this picture after a very good sculpt and flow yoga class in an 85F room. I was a puddle after. Have a good weekend!
