I have a history of eating disorders and body dysmorphia in the past. I havent been to the gym in over year .I feel kind of disgusted with the fact that I have hardly any muscle mass and I look skinny fat. Sometimes I get concerned over my testosterone levels due to those reasons and the lack of body hair. I'm curious of what people (especially females) think about my body.
