Hi friends, just wanted to share my frustration. I used to be able to get to 55kg with a proper plan but now I just can’t seem to lose weight even with a proper plan. When I do get to my ideal weight, I have a hard time maintaining my weight. Overall has been a stressful journey for me, but I’m trying to figure things out.
