I started in September around 229lbs. While I've been cutting down fat and converting to muscle. I am now currently 213.6lbs. The progress is slow. But I think changes are started to be seen. What are your opinions? Any recommendations to lose love handles and lower belly fat? Other areas to target? Thanks!
