Joined the sub 200 gang!
Started a health kick back just before Halloween ...great timing with all the candy temptations, then turkey temptations, then Christmas goodies... but stayed focused overall and have ditched 70 lbs since then.
Not looking to loose too much more weight, but rather replace some fat with more muscle now. Could visible abs be on the cards for the first time in my life ever?
