X11i speeds up at incline

Hey all, bought a used x11i, It cosmetically in good condition and seems to work well.
Im 5’10 160lbs At 30% and 2mph it speeds up to 3-4mph and then slows back down after a few seconds. It’s not a huge deal but can be jarring. Anyone familiar with this?
