As the title says I'm out boys it took 15 mins here r my thoughts: Was playing MSFS but super horny ended that and just wacked one out. Busting the nut isn't as glorious as it seems. Porn in my opinon is the real enemy up until a year ago I watched porn everyday and until a personal issue happened I took a look in the mirror and decided to downgrade my consumption. From then on I fapped maybe 5x a week only watching porn 2/3 of those times, I noticed a huge increase in motivation and less anxiety, Since I started NNN yes looking at women as less of a sexual object is true, you get the desire to get to know them more and not just to want to fuck them. But I will think my stress levels increased and since I flapped I feel less stress( but proabaly dopamine talking).
