First time participating in NNN and my situation is as following.

I got morning erections twice in a row (usually I have them every third day or so) in general my sex drive is quite low since I go through depression. Therefore I used to masturbate not that regularly around every 4 day. So at least the start of NNN should have been no issue for me.

But here is the situation, I am much more aroused then usual and this morning I stayed "hard" for a long time so now I have blue balls.

1. How can I get rid of blue balls
2. Why is it that I am struggling after just 2 days while I otherwise would masturbate less frequently anyways, apart from the challenge.
