I just joined my first non profit this year and I'm regretting it horribly.

Judging from the posts I'm reading here, I'm wondering if I made a terrible choice. I'm already one foot out the door. I'm paid well but the sheer amount of work and the mess of the organisation has got me questioning if it's worth my sanity staying on. I'm constantly anxious and depressed.
