The question we get asked most often as ENM/poly people is “But don’t you get jealous?” Let’s discuss as a group our personal definitions of jealousy, explore possibilities, and incorporate tools for reframing constructively. We will also dive deeper and look at the source of discomfort to draw clear distinctions between feeling jealous and actually being mistreated.
