I dont know what I am really asking, its more just a brain dump to get it out of my head!
My partner and I have been together for 2 years and although we have done a couple of things together with other people in the past, we have been mono for the last year due to covid
In a way the forced break has been a blessing as we have had to really talk properly about what we both want and what type of enm would make us both happiest in our relationship. I think we have finally got to the point that we are completely on the same page which is a relief as his background is more on the poly side and mine is mono, but we are found our happy space in the middle.
So I was all good.. until they announced the dates for removal of restrictions
Now even though I'm happy with what we have decided, the idea of it now becoming a reality feels incredibly overwhelming after a year of talking about it.
Is anyone else in the same boat of having opened to enm during the pandemic and not been able to practice it yet?
Also, does anyone know of any books relating to enm that aren't just about poly?
