Ghosting? Why is it so common that people complain about it but do it?

We all have seen it. People say that have been ghosted and hate it. Things are going great. Life hits, makes meeting difficult....crickets. I have called people out on it but you can tell it doesn’t phase them. Do people view it differently when they do it?
