My partner and I are enm and at the point we are talking about meeting other people separately for casual sex. Although I'm on board with it I have a few things I'm finding hard to get my head around

What do you do in the evening while you're waiting for them to come home? I have a child so can't do anything myself at that time and I have a few insecurities so I dont want to spend the time getting trapped in negative emotions and end up upset when he gets back
Do you find it easier to know who the person is that they are meeting? Not necessarily much but their name and what they look like?
How do you feel when your partner gets home? I want to believe I will want cuddles and reassurance but scared I'll end up putting up some walls and need some distance from him, how do people deal with this?
