My partner and I have been together for almost 5 months and last week we agreed I could have sexy time with other people. (They are asexual). Well I had sexy time with an ex of mine. My partner doesn’t know (per our agreement) and I feel really bad about it. The sex meant nothing at all. But how do I tell my partner (bc I feel like I need to)? Secondly is this a sign we should be monogamous and I should be okay with only having sexy time on their terms?
