We have been having an open relationship for a few months now. I had a few dates with just kissing and no sex. She has dates with a girl (with sex). I have been accepting this because she needs more time to get used to me dating others and sometimes she is having a hard time. For me on the other hand it is much easier to handle the thought of her meeting others (at the moment only other women).

However, I am often pretty sad because she is basically living the life I would love to have but I am only allowed to kiss others which is of course also exciting but not what I am striving for in the end but I accept it as we are still in a process and pressure makes things worse.

I am still thinking that my wife having sex with other girls (she has it very rarely though) might help her in the process however even if I can feel compersion for her it makes me a bit jealous. Not because she has sex with somebody else but due to the fact she has what I want…sexual intimacy with others.
