How do you deal with your own NRE?

I completely recognize that I am in the throes of NRE. I received a swipe-right that became a text conversation which became a first date that is a few days away. I find myself thinking about them waaaaay too often. This is atypical for me; normally I can be enthusiastic and excited but at a very appropriate level such that it doesn’t affect my dynamics at home.
If/when you all find yourselves going astray with NRE, what do you do to re-center yourself?
