My bf and I are new to non-monogamy after being together for almost 10 years. It takes a lot of communication as he wanted to make sure that I was okay with the idea before he tried anything with anyone else. Well.. he ended up sleeping with a co-worker and showing me clips. It was hot, but I was in shock seeing him actually doing it. Now, sometimes when he hangs out with her or texts him I feel jealous. He notices that I am too, so he tries to reassure me that he made it clear that they are just friends. Is this normal for first time non-monogamous relationships? Any advice on how to stop being jealous?
