I’ve been happily seeing a few people this year, exploring my non monogamous side. Some partners have come and gone but one was a constant for 5 months. He was great, we had amazing chemistry and fun together. I realise now the cliche “always busy with work” means in a relationship. I found her on his IG, he’d been very careful to keep her off it all this time. They’ve been together 18 months at least. She seems kind and happy. But clearly they’re supposed to be monogamous. I fought the urge to confront him and just blocked him with no explanation. I’d started to have feelings for him and I feel betrayed and stupid for trusting him. I don’t think there’s much to gain from telling him I know. Realising he lied to me all this time I just expected more deceit. So I’m just posting to vent a little and remind myself there are good people in the community who are honest and have integrity.
