My (34f) partner (40m) and I have a rule that we only see our other partners once a week. If we want to more, we check in with each other first. A few weeks ago he wanted to see this girl 2 nights in a row. I was honest and said I wasn't super comfortable with having differing frequency that week, but instead of it being a calm conversation, he got annoyed with me for not being cool with it, and I in turn felt upset that I was just communicating honestly which is what my therapist told me to do. Now I find out through a friend he secretly saw this girl while I was at work, when he's already seen her this week. I feel shitty that he's hidden it from me, after I place so much trust in him and our respecting of our agreement. I haven't brought it up with him yet, because I'm worried he'll say something like it's my fault he hid it from me, based on my previous reaction. Am I overreacting?
