Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to this community for some guidance and to hear about similar experiences others might have had. I am in a relationship with a wonderful woman who is married. We have a deep connection and enjoy each other’s company immensely. However, I'm facing a challenge that I hope some of you can relate to or help me navigate.
The Situation: My partner is married, and while she describes her marriage as "ruined," she has no immediate plans to leave her husband. She values her family structure and seems committed to maintaining it for the foreseeable future. She still has regular sexual relations with her husband, though she expresses no interest in dating anyone else beyond him and me.
The Challenge: The issue arises because she does not want me to date other people. I feel this puts me in a position that closely resembles monogamy, which is not what I am looking for. I value the freedom to explore connections with others while continuing my relationship with her. I find this restriction difficult, as it feels unfair given her family commitments and intimate life with her husband.
What I’m Seeking: - Advice on how to approach this situation respectfully and constructively. - Experiences from anyone who has been in a similar situation—how did you handle it? - Perspectives on balancing non-monogamous relationships where one partner has more constraints or commitments than the other.
I care deeply for her and want to find a way to make this work for both of us. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and support!

People can't want all kinds of things. If you dont also want this, dont agree to it. Just dont.
