New to EMN, need advice

Since we opened the relationship earlier this year, my health has been progressively getting worse, to the point that every time he goes on a date I immediately get a headache... I have a chronic health issue that brings regular headaches so I don't know if it's my physical health, my mental health, or a little bit of everything.
Has anyone's body been acting up like that during transition to ENM? Am I in the danger zone of psychosomatization?
