I’ve been in a monogamish LDR for 3.5 years. Now that we’ve fully opened up and I have a local FWB, I notice things coming up for me.

I’ve spent so much time (my whole life really), suppressing my desires, and it feels like a flood gate is opening up. I want to dive into everything all at once. At the same time, my old friends guilt and shame are showing up to say what I’m doing is wrong. 🙄

Not sure I have a specific question, just expressing what I’m feeling and wondering if others have been in my shoes and how they managed it.
