I must say that I (F) am not the official partner of the person (M). We met two months ago in an app, we matched and we liked each other, we exchanged several messages and after a few days talking he told me that he was in an open relationship and had been like this for 4 years. At first I said that I didn't want to be part of something like that but then we continued exchanging messages and the connection happened. Also we exchange very intimate messages on an emotional and sexual level, we know a lot about each other. It should be noted that this is from a distance, he lives far from me. He wants to come and visit me for a few weeks, he wants me, he is really sweet and attentive, he calls me affectionate names and it seems almost as if I were his partner. He said that he has no established limits and sometimes feels different because he calls me my love, my baby, my darling, he writes to me in the mornings, in the evenings and we are part of each other's days. Is this normal in an open relationship? What should I keep expecting? I understand the limits but sometimes it's confusing cause it's my first time in this kind of relationship.
