I'm curious what processes or approaches folks here use to have hard talks with their non primary partners.
I see my lover usually every 2 weeks. Its been 2 years so yeah sometimes we need to talk about hard things. I don't like taking the hard things on dates because they're so infrequent, but I also don't like having hard talks over text with no body language. So as a result I've often just pushed things aside...but the emotional clutter is building up and I feel crappy now.
So...what do folks here do?
