I am a middle aged married man facing a first time experience this coming weekend and would like both a male and female, (unrelated or couple, doesn't matter), to help me talk through and maybe answer questions...
Like I stated before, I read the posting rules and didn't think I was breaking the rules. Also, never posted before on Reddit so I apologize, was just desperately needing to speak to someone.
I actually talked with my wife all night long and feel much better about everything.

Ugh probably... But isn't it worse to be possessive and controlling and by demanding their communication stop actually give it more validation and power, like a forbidden untasted desire?

Well the problem wasn't speaking about the situation, it was not wanting to make an entire post about it and not wanting advice from anyone not knowledgeable on similar situations
