Dipping the Proverbial Toe

My partner (31F) and I (32M) are looking for ways to “dip our toes” into nonmonogamy and we’re not sure what to try / how to start. We are both interested in opening things up but want to take it slow. To be clear, we’ve done as much reading, research, and talking as anyone can. I’m hoping for actual activities / things we can try together (or along side each other) that will help us gauge the temperature of the water.
