im trying to find a list of a bunch of examples of physical contact. kind of like whats in the non-escalator relationship menu, but with a good mix of physical platonic and romantic acts. does anyone have anything like that?

my wife and i (both 26F) are autistic and need specific examples of things to help us figure out/prompt conversations about what we're comfortable with physically as we work up to being fully open. the relationship menu's list with things like "physical affection" isnt really helping define to each other what each of our ideas of physical affection are.

an example of some i have so far: hugging, holding hands, cuddling, kissing, being topless, full nudity, hand stuff, using toys, oral, etc.
