I recently got an Apple Watch, and I know they've added Sexual Activity under Health, where you can enter data manually. It's very basic and doesn't record added information.
Most of the apps that come up in search are geared toward women and menstrual cycles, which is good and all, but I don't have a period and I'm not looking to have kids, which seems to be the only thing Apple can talk about when it comes to sex. On the other hand, "men" sex apps are all about stamina, energy, and feels like a competition and high schoo level wink-wink high fives crap.
So, when it comes to track your own sex life, what do you use? Do you have any apps that you recommend to track your sex lives, especially as non-monogamous folks?
Here's what I'll consider nice to have:
- Tracks fitness information (calories, heart rate, breathing, etc.)
- Partner name (it doesn't need to connect to your contact list, just the ability to add a name)
- Protection used
- Location
- Their sexual partners info (how many they have, protection no protection)
- Personal Notes ("rating", mood option, maybe what kind of sex, etc)
I can't be the only one thinking about this...? Are we all just using something like Google Sheets / Calendar?
