Non monogamy and ROCD.

Does anyone with ROCD has an non monogamy relationship? Me and my bf used to wonder about a future possibility of starting ENM but since he developed ROCD (relational OCD, in which he constatly has doubts -obsessive- about his emotions towards the relationship and he doesn't see a future together many times, etc...) I don't think ENM is a real option for him while remaining in a healthy relationship and being able to take care of himself and our relationship.

But I want to know what you think about ROCD and non monogamy.
