I don’t ever post or comment here but the compersion is mega strong today (and has been for weeks now) and I just wanted to share 😭

My partner (26M) and I (24NB) have been poly since 2020, but while I’ve had decent success with dating, he hasn’t had much luck until this past fall. He’d been on a few dates but didn’t really click with any of the ladies he met. Then around November he met someone who’s absolutely amazing (I’ll call her Stacey) and they hit it off! It’s his first time experiencing NRE and he was really nervous about making me feel neglected by being so excited about a new person. But as someone who has a low sex drive and really values their alone time, I reassured him that I’m totally stoked about it all!!

A couple weeks ago he and Stacey decided they would like to be partners, and this weekend he’s spending the weekend with her for the first time!! I always knew that I’d be happy for him whenever he ended up dating someone else, but I seriously did not expect to be this excited about it 😂😂 I think they’re absolutely adorable together and after meeting her, she’s super cool!! Plus we are all interested in kitchen table which is always nice.

There’s a lot happening in my world right now, but I’m so happy with this aspect of my life. I’m saturated with just one partner, and now he has a girlfriend!!! Wow!! Ok happy rant over, have a good weekend 😂💜
