Hi guys.

I (F31) am currently travelling away from home and due to this me and my boyfriend (M30) decided we would spend this time in an open relationship. We were also open before I left but in reality we didn’t really use the opportunity. Overall we have real good comms about this and we always make sure we are both feeling very secure. I know that my boyfriend went on a date last night which ended in sex.

I’m having some trouble processing my feelings about this. I’ve not really felt anything positive or negative, however I’m not sure this is healthy? I’ve tried to spend some time actively thinking about it but it’s almost like I have a bit of a mental block.

My question is, to those in similar situations how do you check yourself and your feelings when your partner has sex with somebody else?
