Interesting in ENM but have no idea where to start.

So as the title suggests I (19M) am interested in trying out ENM but have no idea where to really start. Are there dating apps for ENM regional subreddits? How do I find people to maybe talk to about this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
