Non-married, non- nesting folks: how often do you see your partners?

Just curious. I see one of my partners 2 times a week. Usually one sleepover on the weekend and one evening date. I think the frequency of dates is fine for me but sometimes I wish there was more integration into each other's lives. Like, spontaneous stuff: "hey, I'm in your neighborhood, wanna grab a coffee", "if you're not busy tonight wanna come over and watch a movie", etc. I plan to discuss that with him but it got me wondering what frequency was like for other people in similar situations.

One of my partners I used to see weekly, but he and his wife recently had their first child so it’s dropped off significantly.
