I (M25) have been in a relationship with my partner (M25) for almost 5 years. 2 years ago, he agreed to open up the relationship on my side.
I’m allowed to date or hookup with whoever. When we loved separately, it was easy to host and wasn’t an issue.
We moved in together almost a year ago, and I’ve hit a wall since then. He’s okay with me bringing people over to hook up with, but it just doesn’t feel right to me, I guess? Like it doesn’t seem right that I can have someone over with him around. When he’s out with friends or out of town, it’s no issue, but I feel awkward bringing someone home when he’s here.
How do I get over this awkwardness? Does anyone have any experience or suggestions with this?
