I'm 31F, my partner is 30F. My partner recently slept with someone, she had a convo with that person about STIs, they proceeded and exchanged fluids.

I have some hangups around this (perhaps it's just jealousy)...but that's not why I'm here. I genuinely want to know how others navigate this scenario. Do you wait a few days to have sex with your partner/exchange fluids with them? Wait for them to get tested?

Context: I've been in an ENM relationship for almost 2 years now. I've been on date but I haven't had any sex or sexual encounters with anyone who's not my partner (a lot of reasons, mainly, I've been struggling with personal issues/mental health). My partner has had several partners.
