My husband and I are open. We initially thought we'd keep emotions out of it, but I'm starting to realize I'm probably more poly. My husband agrees and has no issue with this.

My problem is that the only men I seem to connect with are in the workplace. The nature of my work has me working very closely one on one with many smart and attractive men. Plus the context is very emotionally charged, so we tend to develop very close bonds. I have this type of relationship with 2-3 people, but have seen potential with a few more, we just don't interact quite as much.

I don't want a work relationship, especially in a non monogamous context, but I just can't find this type of connection on the apps. Any advice?
