Open marriage possible after starting monogamous?

Hi everyone, I am kind of stuck in a situation and curious about your thoughts.

I am married (F31) with my husband (M31) for 5 years now. Relationship 7years. We started off having a monogamous relationship even though I was not a hundred percent convinced since I fancy all genders.

Now the urge is getting bigger and bigger and I want to connect to other women and men. How can I tell him without hurting him? If he would not be open for it I‘d be lost.

We never really talked about that subject but I know he is a monogamous type if relationship-guy.
