When is NRE not just NRE?

How can I possibly know when NRE isn't just NRE? The love I feel for my new partner so massively overshadows anything I've ever felt for anyone else in my entire life that I feel like, even if it were to subside and normalize, it would still be closer to true love than I ever even believed was possible.

NRE can last a long time if you are not living with the person as you both are usually at your best. Living with someone you get to really know them.
