So, hubs and I have been off and on ENM for years now, but because of unchecked mental illness and other issues, we never could successfully do it, until we started therapy three years ago together, after trying polyamory of all things and nearly destroying ourselves and each other in the process. Fun times. Not. Overall we've been attempting this for 6-7 years now.

My husband is heading out of town for a hookup today potentially, and I'm not losing my shit. I'm actually okay. I mean, its the first time he's ever slept with someone else, so yeah, it's a little weird but other than that I'm good.

I can feel the instability triggers, and I can feel the safety triggers for sure, but they're easily manageable.
