The last relationship I attempted, we started off as a hookup and later exclusively dated for months. We moved in together and I was not looking to get anymore serious than dating and being roommates. He started talking about marriage and kids. I joked around about kids but never marriage. There were so many reasons I wasn't going to marry him. Fast forward 6 months and I'm ready to consider marriage. 6 months from now I'm planning to get married in February 2024. I discussed with my fiancé where I think I went wrong in previous relationships and I'm not trying to repeat the mistakes. The mistake being that we exclusively dated.
Polyam partners should be dating frequently in my opinion, even when they think they've found One of the ones they want to commit to. It's hard to find people that genuinely want to know more about you and not just physically or sexually. I'm not giving up hope that there are people out there that will love my quirky witchy habits.
